From June 2016 we introduced a new Feedback Scoring system to make visually assessing customer feedback that little bit easier - we've incorporated a Star Scoring system.
We ask for honest feedback from all our customers after they've completed their studies with us and with reference to the course completed we ask them to score us marks out of ten on:
We also ask for a written testimonial, though this is optional, and a few other elements but it's the above we use to calculate our Stars.
As each of the above has a numerical value up to ten, the most we could hope to score is 40 points and the least is 4. This is converted to a percentage score by multiplying it by 2.5 (for example, a score of 20 out of 40 equates to 50%) and therefore award stars as follows:

|91 to 100|
From this you can see that we don't make it easy for ourselves to score 5 stars... only if we score 91% and above do we get 5 stars. We strive to be the best so it's important for us to be honest in all our dealings.
