Once you have chosen and purchased your online course/resource you will receive an email with your joining instructions and login details. Use the login details and link provided in your email to access the Essential Training Solutions online learning environment.
Please note that enrolment onto our online courses and resources is a manual process. During normal office hours (Monday – Friday between 09:00 – 17:00) we aim to send your joining instructions and login detail via email within 2 hours of your purchase.
Yes! For all our CPD courses, all assessments, including final exams, are delivered and marked immediately online.
For our VTCT and iTEC Level 3 Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology courses, all assessments, including coursework, is delivered and marked immediately online. When you have completed your coursework and are ready to take your final exam you can opt to visit our VTCT/iTEC centre in Hertfordshire, arrange to sit the exam at another VTCT/iTEC centre* or arrange a remote invigilation using webcam and screen sharing software. The final exam for this course will be invigilated under exam conditions in all instances.
* Please note that opting to take the final exam at an alternative VTCT/iTEC centre other than Essential Training Solutions may incur additional cost. Making these arrangements and covering any/all additional costs will be the sole responsibility of the student.
There is no time limit on our approved CPD courses (FHT, AoR, IFPA, Bowen).
Our Level 3 VTCT Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology course is subject to a certification end date as set by the VTCT. You can find the certification end date on the course page. You must pass your final exam by this date to complete the course and obtain your certificate.
Our online resources (including question banks, Anatomy and Physiology Workout and Health and Safety Resource) are all subject to a 1-year licence.

No, all our courses are designed to take you from little to no knowledge of the subject area to Level 3 standard.
