We do not collect or store credit / debit card information, banking details, etc. Any payments made on this website using a debit / credit card will be dealt with using Stripe e-merchant facilities to ensure your online privacy and security. If you have enrolled on a VTCT or iTEC qualification it is necessary for us to share your personal data including your full name, date of birth, postal address and email address with VTCT or iTEC in order to register you on the qualification.

Any personal information we hold will be so securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We keep your personal information including your name, address, email address and telephone number for the duration of your study with us and for up to 10 years after completion. We will then remove your personal information from our CRM via permeant deletion.
